Scholarship Holders’ Visa H.7
Entry and residence are permitted for third-country nationals participating in exchange programs under intergovernmental agreements, EU-funded cooperation programs, as well as scholars funded by ministries, organizations, public-benefit foundations, and the State Scholarships Foundation.
- Certificate from the competent authority confirming the scholarship award and the duration of the program or the scholarship granted.
- Evidence demonstrating that the applicant has sufficient resources, including the scholarship, to cover tuition and living expenses.
- General supporting documents in accordance with the ministerial decision issued under the authorization of paragraph 8, Article 176 of Law 5038/2023.
- Consular visa fee of 90€ for participants in special programs. For scholarship holders, payment of the consular fee is not required.

- National entry visa for this purpose.
- Certificate from the competent authority confirming the scholarship award and the duration of the program or granted scholarship.
- Evidence demonstrating that the applicant has sufficient resources, including the scholarship, to cover tuition and living expenses.
- Private insurance policy if the scholarship does not cover health insurance.
- Electronic fee of €150 per year of stay for participants in special programs. For scholarship holders, payment of the fee is not required.
